Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal for "Atelier of Faith"
- Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at return@atelieroffaith.com. Please provide your order number and inform us of your withdrawal. You may also use the withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
- Returns
After informing us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. The return must be sent to the following address: Jakobstraße 65, 73734 Esslingen. We recommend returning the goods insured and with tracking, as we are not liable for lost returns.
- Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with attached labels. Products with removed labels cannot be refunded. Please ensure that the return is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount for the returned products. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
